Since 1938, community has been at the heart of everything we do at Emil Anderson Group.
Our name is tied to the growth of British Columbia for over 85 years. Most will know us as builders and caretakers of vital highways, roads, and bridges. This is how we’ve made our name. But, today, we’re much more than that.
We’re a diverse group of builders, driven by doing the work that makes a positive impact across the province. From the roads you drive on to the buildings and dwellings that make a community, we’re here to build what matters to BC.
Community Initiatives
Giving back to our communities has been part of Emil Anderson’s legacy since the beginning. Whether it’s partnering with social organizations, supporting local initiatives, or encouraging employee participation, the Emil Anderson Community Give-Back Program is core to our mission.

Indigenous Relationships
Emil Anderson Group values the long-term relationships we’ve built with Indigenous groups across Western Canada and works to engage early, build trust, and develop meaningful partnerships through our Indigenous Relationships Team.
We prioritize recruiting Indigenous candidates, offering training opportunities, and supporting long-term career growth within our companies. We are committed to advancing reconciliation in BC and fostering Indigenous partnerships that create lasting economic benefits and meaningful impact.
