Shaping the Next Generation of Builders
We are proud to support the next generation of B.C’s construction talent through bursary opportunities and educational partnerships. Emil Anderson Group has been selected for The Career Directory (2026), a national guide recognizing employers with strong entry-level recruitment and development programs for recent college and university graduates.
Emil Anderson Construction’s Women in Civil Construction Bursary offers a tuition and education bursary, along with the opportunity to be considered for a co-op work term. EAC has also been instrumental in bringing the Heavy Equipment Operator Dual-Credit Program to school districts in Abbotsford and the Okanagan, enabling students to earn high school credits and real-world trade experience before graduation.
