- 5+ years of experience working in the traffic industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- 3+ years of experience working in a unionized environment.
- Ability and willingness to work out of town up to 80% of the time with provided Living out Allowance (LOA)
- Expert level knowledge of traffic management principles, and the BC Traffic Management Manual for Work on Roadways.
- Exceptional ability to maintain a positive work environment, and diffuse conflict in a professional and courteous manner.
- Superior understanding of construction industry business operations; including cost management processes, cost estimations, and contract adherence.
- Strong ability to interpret engineered traffic management documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Well versed communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with clients, labour, and management in a highly professional manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Consistent and proven safety performer that is interested in promoting a safety-first culture.
