ShareCo
For four generations, Emil Anderson Group has thrived as a successful, family-owned and operated company. In 2024, we expanded that legacy by launching ShareCo – our Employee Ownership Program, giving eligible team members the opportunity to become owners in EAG and share directly in the company’s performance and growth.
This ownership model deepens our culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared success. When you contribute ideas, drive innovation, or deliver exceptional results, you’re not just helping to build great projects — you’re helping to build your own financial future.
Safety & Compliance
Safety is our highest priority. All employees are expected to work in compliance with company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in toolbox talks and safety training, where applicable.

We base such decisions solely on job-related qualifications, skills, and abilities without regard to race, nationality, ethnicity, color, gender, political affiliation, religion/belief system, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, age, diverse ability, or any other characteristic.
