Project Overview
Shorerise is a master-planned community in West Kelowna. Envisioned by Emil Anderson Properties and built by Dilworth Homes, Shorerise offers hillside living with expansive views over Okanagan Lake, vineyards, and the surrounding mountains. The community is designed to integrate with the natural landscape, preserving hillside trails and existing regional trail connections, while providing future access to amenities and a planned village centre.
